The initiative was taken by the investment fund "ERAGON", which plans to attract over 1 billion UAH of investments.
The government has included a new industrial park - "BRIL PARK", located in Vinnytsia Region, in the Register of Industrial (Industrial) Parks. The project plans to create approximately 390 new jobs in the processing industry sector.
It is noted that the industrial park "BRIL PARK" was created on the territory of the Zhmerynsk urban territorial community of Zhmerynsk district of Vinnytsia region for a period of 34 years. The project with an area of 27.9266 hectares is aimed at locating processing industry enterprises, which will stimulate industrial growth and local employment. For the development of the park, the initiator - JSC "Closed Undiversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund "ERAGON" - plans to attract over UAH 1 billion in investments. Financing will be carried out at the expense of the initiator's own funds, state incentives, as well as private investments of future participants.
It is reported that enterprises in the following priority areas will be developed on the territory of the new park:
Food industry: production of flour and cereal industry products, starches and finished animal feed, as well as processing and canning of fruits and vegetables.
Industrial production: production of wood products, production of porcelain and ceramic products, abrasive products and non-metallic mineral products.
Innovation and IT: scientific and technical activities, information and telecommunications industry.
It is also emphasized that state incentives for industrial parks are aimed at increasing the share of the processing industry in the GDP structure and increasing the investment attractiveness of Ukrainian communities. At the same time, currently in the Register There are over 113 industrial parks.
