Applications for state support for industrial parks have started: what's new.

From March 31 to August 15, 2026, initiators of the creation and management companies of industrial parks can submit applications for state incentives for the development of industrial infrastructure and compensation for the costs of connecting to electricity networks. Applications for state incentives for the development of industrial infrastructure and compensation for the costs of connecting to electricity networks can be submitted through 4 banks: JSC "Oschadbank", JSC "Ukreximbank", JSC "Ukrgasbank" and JSC "Sens Bank".
As reported by the ministry, the provision of state incentives involves the fulfillment of obligations by the applicant, in particular, to commission at least 5 thousand sq. m of industrial buildings and attract at least two processing enterprises. This approach ensures high efficiency in the use of budget resources, because each hryvnia of state investment allows attracting at least five hryvnias of private capital.
