Over the past three years, the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) has provided assistance to more than 200 thousand rural families and more than 15 thousand farmers and agribusinesses in Ukraine. The support included seeds, grants, generators, financial assistance and other important resources that allowed them to maintain production and adapt to difficult conditions. In 2025, the organization plans to support 406.9 thousand people by providing seeds to farming families, helping to restore irrigation systems and granaries, providing livestock feed and covering urgent food needs. To implement these initiatives, FAO needs $ 53 million.
