Effectiveness of public services provision, acceleration of economic growth and ensuring protection of interests of citizens and businesses are key goals of digital transformation.On March 21, 2025, the Government approved the Action Plan for the transfer of public services to electronic form by 2026. The corresponding order No. 263-r was adopted to implement the Ukraine Facility Plan.In total, 113 measures are planned to be implemented, of which the digitization of 36 public services will be carried out by the State Service for Food, Agriculture and Consumer Protection. That is, 32% of tasks in accordance with the requirements of European integration are important for Ukraine precisely in the sphere of authority of the service.
