EU publishes quotas for Ukrainian agricultural products

The European Commission has approved new quotas for the import of Ukrainian agricultural products, which will enter into force on June 6, 2025 and will be valid until the end of 2025 within the framework of the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) between Ukraine and the EU. After the end of the preferential duty-free trade regime, the new restrictions provide for the partial restoration of the quota regime for a number of agricultural products. This decision is a compromise between the needs of Ukrainian exports and the interests of farmers in the European Union.
