In May 2025, Ukraine exported 14.88 thousand tons of dairy products worth $50.83 million, compared to the previous month, physical export volumes increased by 25%, and compared to May 2024 - by 14%, the Milk Producers Association (AVM) reported.The industry association noted that export revenue increased by 32% compared to April and by 48% compared to May 2024. In January-May 2025, Ukraine exported 57.97 thousand tons (+17%) of dairy products worth $179.32 million (+57%).Physical export volumes in May increased compared to April for butter - up to 2.89 thousand tons. tons (+61%), condensed milk and cream - 5.04 thousand tons (+31%), whey - 1.70 thousand tons (+19%), ice cream - 2.24 thousand tons (+18%), buttermilk - up to 500 tons (+5%), cheeses - up to 1.29 thousand tons (+2%). Only the volume of supplies of non-condensed milk and cream decreased to 1.19 thousand tons (-2% compared to April and -45% compared to May last year).
