In 2025, state financing of industrial parks began in Ukraine. The first projects to receive support were the Kronospan Rivne industrial park in the Rivne region and the Kit industrial park in the city of Bucha, Kyiv region. The total amount of financing amounted to more than UAH 200 million. The funds are aimed at developing the infrastructure necessary for launching new production facilities.The state support program provides for the provision of funds on a non-refundable basis - up to UAH 150 million per project. Financing can cover up to 50% of the cost of work (up to 80% - for deoccupied territories), and also provides for partial reimbursement of costs for connecting to electricity networks.State participation in financing industrial parks provides for a number of mandatory conditions for applicants. In particular, it is necessary to build at least 5,000 m² of production space and attract at least two participants to the park within three years.
