The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has announced a new stage of partnership with the international payment system Mastercard. The First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov and the President of Mastercard in Eastern Europe Yasemin Bedir signed the second memorandum and determined the next steps of cooperation.According to Fedorov, the first memorandum with Mastercard was signed back in 2019. The company became one of the first partners of the Ministry of Digital Transformation since its foundation. Over the past 6 years, the partners have jointly implemented dozens of projects that help businesses and millions of Ukrainians in their daily lives.Main priorities:increasing the level of digital maturity of SMEs and supporting Ukrainian business together with the “Diya.Business” project;developing financial literacy of citizens and business in cooperation with the “Diya.
Education” projects and the “Mriya” application;supporting GovTech initiatives together with the Global Government Technology Centre Kyiv;
development of educational programs on cyber security;
sharing of experience on the development of fintech services.
