The NovaPay application has a new way to communicate with the support service - Live chat, which is available directly in the application, in the Support Center.As the company reported, the main advantage of the new live chat is user security. Communication takes place exclusively within the NovaPay application, so the client does not risk encountering fake accounts or fraudulent chats in messengers. All messages within the chat are protected, so the data remains completely confidential.“The number of phishing attacks through fake support chats is growing every year. Fraudsters create accounts that look like official ones and lure people into giving out card details, passwords, and codes via SMS. Live chat in the NovaPay application completely eliminates this risk - you always communicate with a real support service, and all data remains confidential and protected,” comments Yana Levada, Director of the NovaPay Business Development Department.In the new chat, users can:communicate with the support service in real time;
send files (screenshots, documents) for a faster resolution of the issue;
receive files from the support service (instructions, help);
evaluate the conversation after the chat ends to help improve the service.
“In the near future, we plan to completely abandon communication with customers in messengers and transfer support to live chat. In the first week after the launch, about 20% of users chose to communicate in our chat - and this confirms that we are moving in the right direction,” comments Oleksandr Grachev, Director of Customer Experience at NovaPay.
