The Government of Ukraine has officially included a new facility - "Dionys Energo Eco Park", which will be created in the Kvitneva rural community of the Zhytomyr region - in the Register of Industrial Parks. The initiator of the project was LLC "Dionys Biogas Energy", and the park itself will operate for 30 years.
According to the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture, the new industrial site will have a pronounced environmental focus and orientation towards energy-efficient solutions.The park will occupy an area of over 13.2 hectares and will create about 600 jobs, which will become an important impetus for the development of the community. The volume of investments from participating companies is projected at UAH 800 million. Ukraine 2001 LLC, Teofipol Energy Company LLC, and First Podolsk Energy Company LLC have already confirmed their participation.
"Dionys Energo Eco Park" will focus on the development of the processing industry and renewable energy. It is planned to locate enterprises operating in the following areas on its territory:production of biofuels and ecological materials (biogas, bioethanol, bioplastics);generation of "green" energy;production of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds for the agricultural sector;production of building materials and food products.The government emphasizes that such investment projects correspond to the "Made in Ukraine" strategy and contribute to the development of modern eco-technological clusters.According to the agency, the Register of Industrial Parks already has 112 objects, and the new park confirms the steady growth of business interest in creating innovative platforms.At the same time, the state program for stimulating industrial parks provides for co-financing the construction of engineering and transport infrastructure (roads, networks, water supply) up to UAH 150 million per park.
