The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine has agreed with foreign partners on new quotas for freight transportation for Ukrainian carriers in 2025. The Ministry of Development notes that they continue to work on expanding opportunities for Ukrainian carriers in international markets to ensure stable logistics, business development and strengthen economic cooperation. We remind you that from January 1, 2026, permits for freight transportation to Europe will be transferred to electronic format. Test access to the new digital system is currently available.
