The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to include two new industrial parks — "Fursy" in Kyiv region and "Misto Diy" in Lviv region — in the Register of industrial (industrial) parks. The implementation of these projects involves the creation of a total of over 1,000 new jobs in the processing industry sector.
The "Fursy" industrial park is located on the territory of the Fursivska rural territorial community of the Bila Tserkva district of Kyiv region. The area of the park is 11.02 hectares. The project is planned to create about 500 jobs. For the development of the park, the initiator — LLC "Industrial Park "Fursy" — intends to attract almost 992 million UAH of investments. Financing will be carried out at the expense of the initiator's own funds, state incentives and private investments of future participants.
The Industrial Park "City of Action" was created in the city of Drohobych, Lviv region. Its area is 21.61 hectares, and the number of jobs is about 550. The total amount of capital investments in the development of the park is estimated at 188.7 million UAH. The initiator of the project plans to allocate more than 130.8 million UAH of its own funds during 2025–2028. On the territory of the industrial park "Fursy" it is planned to develop enterprises for the production of metal products, electrical equipment and machinery, in the food industry, scientific and technical activities, IT and telecommunications. In the park "City of Action" the priority areas will be the production of building materials, woodworking, beverage and paper production, electronics, mechanical engineering, food industry and alternative energy.
