The government has begun financing the “Made in Ukraine” programs in 2026

The government has begun financing key state programs for the development of the real sector of the economy for 2026.
The Cabinet of Ministers adopted a corresponding decision on the distribution of funds from the special fund of the state budget for 2026 at a meeting on February 16, the press service of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture reported.
The funds will be directed to the implementation of the “Made in Ukraine” policy for the development of Ukrainian producers and the clearance of Ukrainian lands from mines.
“Money for partial compensation for the cost of Ukrainian agricultural and industrial equipment, the development of industrial parks and investment projects has already been approved. We are also allocating UAH 1 billion for humanitarian demining so that farmers can work safely on their land,” said Oleksiy Sobolev, Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.
Within the framework of the policy of development of Ukrainian manufacturers "Made in Ukraine", the government has provided funding for the following programs:
1.8 billion UAH - for partial compensation (25%) of the cost of agricultural machinery and equipment of Ukrainian manufacturers;
1 billion UAH - to stimulate the development of industrial parks;
653.1 million UAH - to support the implementation of investment projects with significant investments. The funds are provided to compensate investors for the costs of developing infrastructure facilities.
1.2 billion UAH - to support domestic demand for domestic goods and services through two programs:
700 million UAH for the implementation of the "National Cashback" program.
475 million UAH - for partial compensation to businesses and municipal enterprises for the cost of Ukrainian industrial machinery and equipment. The state compensates 15% of the cost of wheeled, construction, municipal and special machinery, elevators, energy equipment, CNC machine tools, pumping units, components for unmanned systems.
For security and clearance of territories:
1 billion UAH — for the "Humanitarian Demining" program. The funds will be used to compensate for the costs of purchasing services for demining agricultural lands.
In total, in 2026, funding of about 37 billion UAH is provided for the "Made in Ukraine" program.
