The analysis of brick factories located on the right bank of Ukraine (from the Dnieper) involved articles and three sources, namely "Opendatabot", "InVenture" and "Flagma".Articles and "Opendatabot" were involved to identify operating factories as of 10.01.2025.
After analyzing the data, JSC "KOLOMYYSKE ZUBM" (EDRPOU code 5467228) owns the factory with the largest total area of land plots, which is 61.40 hectares. It is located in Ivano-Frankivsk region, Kolomyia.Two ads for the sale of brick factories were found on the sites "InVenture" and "Flagma", which are located in Vinnytsia region, village. Kachanivka and Odessa region, Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky district for $1,000,000.00 and $290,000.00 respectively.
The plant in the village of Kachanivka has a real capacity of 14,500,000 pcs. bricks per year. The total area of land plots for real estate is 2.4452 hectares, the total area of leased land plots is 23.42 hectares. The real capacity of the plant in the Bilhorod-Dnistrovsky district is 10,000,000 pcs. bricks per year, which is 31.03% less than the plant in the village of Kachanivka. The total area of land plots for real estate is 8.015 hectares, the total area of leased land plots is 6.00 hectares.
