In January-February 2025, corn became the most exported product from Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the State Customs Service. Since the beginning of the year, 4.7 million tons of corn worth $ 982 million have been exported from Ukraine. Last year, Ukraine imported $ 302.3 million in agricultural seeds. It is noted that corn has become a key export product, accounting for 26.5% of agricultural exports and 16% of Ukraine's exports in general. The largest importers of Ukrainian corn were five countries: Spain purchased 933 thousand tons, Italy - 725 thousand tons, Turkey - 639 thousand tons, Egypt - 593 thousand tons and the Netherlands - 514 thousand.
