Since the beginning of the year, within the framework of the “e-Work” program, farmers have received 167.9 million UAH of grant support. The funds were directed to the development of gardening, berry growing, viticulture and greenhouse farming. It is noted that grants were received by 38 agricultural enterprises engaged in these areas.Of these, 28 agricultural producers received 101.4 million UAH for the development of gardens;
10 - 66.5 million UAH for greenhouse farming.
In total, since the beginning of the “e-Work” program, more than 1.35 billion UAH of grant support has been paid to 268 agricultural enterprises.
Grants are provided in the amount of no more than 70% of the project cost, but no more than 10 million UAH. The applicant must finance at least 30% of the project cost with their own funds or loans.A mandatory condition is the employment of the required number of workers. For orchards - from 5 to 10 permanent and 125-425 seasonal workers depending on the name of the plantations. For greenhouses - at least 4 permanent and 10 seasonal workers per hectare.
In August 2024, the government expanded the conditions for granting grants for the development of viticulture and horticulture.
