In July 2025, Ukraine increased exports of cattle (cattle) and beef against the background of limited supply in export markets and rising prices for both red meat and live meat. This was reported by the analyst of the Milk Producers Association Georgy Kukhaleyshvili, Dengi.ua writes.
According to preliminary data, in July 2025, Ukraine exported about 1.98 thousand tons of cattle in live weight, which is 62% more compared to June 2025. Cash proceeds for exported animals amounted to $4.19 million, which is 24% less than in June 2025.The physical volume of frozen beef exports from Ukraine in July 2025 amounted to 1.68 thousand tons, which is 4% more than in June of this year. Cash proceeds for delivered goods amounted to almost $7.56 million, which is 48% less than in June 2025.
