Ministry of Digital Transformation launches RoboLab project: robotics laboratories at universities

The Ministry of Digital Transformation, together with the Association of Robotics and Automated Systems, is launching the RoboLab project. Robotics laboratories will be opened at Ukrainian higher education institutions (HEIs), where students and teachers will be able to test ideas and create robotic technologies.The launch of the pilot laboratory will take place at one of the universities in Kyiv. On Monday, applications were accepted from universities that want to become a pilot site for the launch of the project, the press service of the Ministry of Digital Transformation reports.A laboratory will be created at the selected HEI, which will have up to 30 jobs. It is expected that the construction of such a laboratory will take about three months. It will have specialized equipment and mechatronics kits, software for 3D modeling and design, robotic platforms, as well as a number of AI tools.
