AI analyzes photos daily and automatically determines:whether an employee is present at the workplace;whether he is wearing a corporate uniform;whether marketing materials are placed correctly;whether the trash can is not overflowing;whether the general condition of the premises meets company standards.Thanks to automation, Nova Poshta has been able to control the quality of work much faster and more accurately, as well as form recommendations for partner branches. In some cases, cooperation with partners was even terminated - AI solutions allowed optimizing processes without their participation.
The development of AI solutions is part of Nova Poshta’s large-scale transformation. The company is preparing for expansion in the USA and plans to create its own infrastructure for delivering Ukrainian goods. In Europe, it will invest about €10 million in network development during 2025.An innovative quality control system should become one of the key tools for increasing efficiency and ensuring a stable level of service in the context of business scaling.
