The State Customs Service of Ukraine continues its digital transformation and is actively developing its service model. Two new functions have appeared in the official SMS telegram bot, which significantly increase the convenience and modernity of interaction with customs authorities.

New features in the SMS telegram bot Artificial intelligence for customs consultations If the bot does not recognize the request using the standard algorithm, it automatically transfers it to the system based on artificial intelligence. This system was specially trained on the basis of customs legislation and practical cases, so the answers become: more accurate, personalized, understandable even for those who are not experts in the customs field. Voice input For the first time, users can communicate with customs by voice. This is especially useful for: truck drivers, customs brokers, entrepreneurs working in the field, anyone who values ​​efficiency. Voice control allows you to ask questions and receive answers without typing text.

Why was it introduced? The State Customs Service is relying on a service model of work - that is, a transition from a regulatory body to a digital business partner. The new tools are designed to: reduce the time to obtain information, facilitate access to customs procedures, reduce the risk of errors when submitting documents.

Thanks to the new interface, businesses can quickly find the necessary invoice and avoid errors when paying customs duties.
