On September 9, the updated state support program for entrepreneurs, "Vlasna Sprava 2.0" (Own Business 2.0), launched in Ukraine. The maximum grant amount has been increased to UAH 2.5 million, and the program's terms have been expanded to cover both those planning to start a business and existing entrepreneurs looking to scale up their operations.
The program offers additional bonuses on top of the base funding amount and provides a clearer distinction in support based on the business's stage of development.
Over the four years the "Vlasna Sprava" program has been in operation, more than 42,000 Ukrainians have received nearly UAH 12 billion in state support. This has led to the creation of over 60,000 new jobs across the country's regions.
The program's updates are intended to foster the creation of new enterprises, the development of small and medium-sized businesses, and the generation of additional jobs in Ukraine.
