Two more industrial parks added to the register

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has decided to include the industrial parks "NEXUS Odesa" and "Korosten-Podilskyi" in the register of industrial (industrial) parks.This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.The "NEXUS Odesa" park was created for a period of 30 years on the territory of the Nerubaysky territorial community of the Odessa district of the Odessa region.The initiator is LLC "EKOSTANDART SERVICE", which plans to attract more than 747.7 million UAH from various sources of financing, including its own investments, funds of the management company, state incentives, private financing and contributions of future participants. About 60 million UAH of the initiator's own funds are provided for the launch of the project in 2025–2028.The total area of the industrial park is 21.61 hectares. The creation of "NEXUS Odesa" will provide approximately 1,000 new jobs.According to the concept, it is planned to locate enterprises in the following areas on the territory of "NEXUS Odesa":food production;
beverage production;
production of machinery and equipment, n.v.i.u.;
production of building metal structures and products;
production of building materials;
alternative energy.
At the same time, the "Korosten-Podilskyi" park was created on the territory of the city of Korosten, Zhytomyr region, for a period of 30 years. The initiator of the creation is the Korosten City Council.The total area of the industrial park is 78.0236 hectares. According to the concept, it is planned to locate enterprises in the following areas on its territory:
woodworking industry;
textile production;
production of finished metal products;
mechanical engineering;
production of other non-metallic mineral products;
production of machinery and equipment, concrete products, bricks, building mixtures;
activities in the field of information and electronic communications;
other related industries.
The creation of the park will provide from 2,300 to 4,000 new jobs in the processing industry, contribute to the development of the local economy and increase revenues to the community budget.
